March 28, 2007:
The Lazarus Foundation - Asia Pacific, is proud to announce that we have donated over $5,000 ( U.S. ) worth of text books to the Uni Technical University Library, Port Moresby , Papua New Guinea . In addition, we donated over $3000 ( U.S. ), worth of Plywood and canvas to churches and schools in Morobe Province remote communities. A special thanks to Morobe Governor, Honorable Luther Akisawa Wenge, and all of the supporters, School Administrators, and the PNG Government Officials who help to see this needed outreach through.

The Lazarus Foundation, Business Center is currently supporting the Point Elementary School Box-tops for Education Program. October 10, 2006
We are proud to announce that our President and Founder, Donovan Lazarus was hand selected to be the President and Post Commander for the first American Veteran “AMVETS” post in Hawaii. The Charter was established on the Twenty-Ninth day of September, 2006. “The Veteran Affair needs mandatory funding for our veteran’s health care” said Donovan Lazarus. "We need public involvement: We are not just a veteran’s organization. We are also a community organization.”

Lazarus Foundation & Asia Silk Paintings Art Expo
The Lazarus Foundation, Asia Pacific and Asia Silk Paintings Art Expo will be held at the Hawaii Market Merchandise Expo 2006 on Saturday 22 April (10 am-5 pm), Sunday 23 April (10 am-5 pm), and Monday 24 April (10 am-4 pm). We will be in need of volunteers, so please contact us if you want to help via our Volunteers page. We hope to see many of our supporters there!


Lazarus Foundation Business Center Grand Opening
As of May 1st, 2006, the Lazarus Foundation, Asia Pacific and Asia Silk Paintings will be opening a Business Center at the Ewa Beach Professional Center, Suite P-103, Ewa Beach, HI 96706. Our current telephone numbers will be transferred to this location. As previously discussed, our services will include: email, fax, copy, and shipping. We will also be processing all sales and shipping of Asia Silk Paintings at this location. The Business Center will also operate as an office for LF-AP as well as ASP.


April 7th, 2006:
We're pleased to announce the opening of Ban Longya School, Laos. Thanks to all our supporters who helped fund the building of this much needed school.

March 28th, 2006:
The Lazarus Foundation, Asia Pacific, is proud to announce that we have donated three of our silk embroidery paintings to the Navy Hale Keiki School at 153 Bougainville Drive, Honolulu, HI for the school's Annual "Auction Under the Stars" to be held on Saturday, April 8, 2006. The auction will be taking place at the Hickam Air Force Base Officer's Cub. In other news, our President and Founder, Mr. Donovan A. Lazarus, returned from Vietnam on March 18th, 2006 after spending six weeks there as a part of JPAC team. During his time there, he had the pleasure of meeting with Ambassador Michael W. Marine, who is the U.S. ambassador in Vietnam. He received high praise after discussing the Lazarus Foundation, Asia Pacific and its donation to schools in both the U.S. and Southeast Asia.
